Just a quick update - there is no 6:00 a.m. on Tuesday! The rest of the schedule for the week should stay as it is on Mind & Body, but be sure to check before heading to class.

The directions have been updated. And there are many different ways to get to Taylor Road, so you might find a route that you like better.

Now that Camp TGM is in session, a few tips. 1) You can wear your shoes and bring your stuff into the studio. Just be mindful of the people around you when you place your stuff. 2) There are bathrooms! 3) Please take your mats with you if possible. 4) There is no lobby and no real place to hang out before class, so please just arrive 10 minutes before class, and if you arrive earlier please wait until 10 minutes before to enter the studio. 5) It is a larger more open space than we are used to so it will take longer for the heat to build, especially if it is cooler outside, so wear layers that you can peel off as you heat up.

Anyone can make you sweat in a 100+ room. T is going back to her roots at the ballet studio and making us build the heat internally. It is harder and more intense than anything we have done, and it's an incredible feeling to know that all of your sweat is so hard earned!

And remember that this is a transition week. T promised that we would only miss one week of classes, and she kept that promise. That means that a lot of the work to "Traceify" the studio will happen this week (and knowing T, will continue all summer!). It also means that every day, every class, there will be some improvement to the space, something new to discover. And really, the only things we need are Tracey, the music, and ourselves. Those things create the TGM vibe, and it was definitely there tonight! T is happier and more relaxed than I have seen her in a VERY long time.
