A FEW THINGS... anti stinking your stuff, old school TGM TRACEY GARDNER METHOD makes a grand entrance bc why fix something that isn't broke?????

there are reasons behind every creative decision I make and if you don't know me...I am the master at observing and figuring things out. Sometimes I must learn every wrong way to do something in order to get it right... which leads me to the post of of getting the stench out of your clothes, towels and you! 

 (I am outlining this because there are layers to the process of washing our stuff and yes it is a full time job if you are doing as many classes as me and sweat like I do.) 


     I write these and share these with love xoxoxo 

****We are sweating more than ever and it is soooooooooo important to get those towels washed ASAP after class. We recommend many things and if you are new to TGM and are returning  here are some easy DIY to get your towels and clothes smelling fresh... 


2. PRE SOAKING  in OdoBan (spray or concentrated)  which you can get at HOME DEPOT,, (it is not sold these are the two places I get it...AND it is the best at ELIMINATING STENCH :-) 

3. TGM WASH RECIPE Then, I also throw it in the washer, mixed with baking soda, laundry detergent in COLD WATER after the presoak...IT IS SOOOOOOO IMPORTANT TO GET THOSE TOWELS IN THE DRYER ASAP and not let them sit because they will get funky... If that doesn't work and the towels still stink please get rid of them because the stench of a ripe sweat TGM towel can ruin an entire class. :-) It is just a simple fact. 

4. SEPARATING TOWELS and clothes for me make a huge difference so I wash all of my lululemon separate from towels and then onzie separate as well because if washed together they can make each other stink... I have done this long enough and as the ultimate "germ o phobe" you can trust me that I got you on this... 

5. WIPE DOWN YOUR MATS asap just bring just clorox wipes to disinfect them...then mat spray that is our own mix will be coming soon. AND to keep your mat extra can fold the mat in half then roll...we can demonstrate if you need then get a mat tie to close it up and keep it shut til next time.

6. PERSONAL HYGIENE :-) Rinsing yourself to me is part of the process before and after every class and something I do 5 times a day because I need to feel fresh now I know that is extreme and everything and it is impossible for some to rinse before class and that is cool but be aware of your scent :-) I say it how it is and this just keeping it real...I am not a shades of grey or vanilla kind of girl so the EXTREME in me is in every part of TGM as well. Just make sure you shower that's all... I am obsessed with scent and I have kind of rubbed off on some of you and no need to mask your self with fragrance because the TGM scent is powerful and doesn't mix with somethings....just a good rinse in the shower will do trick....
