We will get you checked in and if it is your first time it can be a multi sensory overload so take it in and enjoy.  YES OFFICIAL TGM ETIQUETTE IS HERE AND I AM FINALLY POSTING SO YOU UNDERSTAND THE RULES. We have rules and they are my rules and it is part of the culture that you take time to respect them. these last 2 years in creating the new fresh TGM CRAZY ZEN CULTURE and the number 1 rule is NO TALKING ALLOWED IN THE RED ROOM/STUDIO. It is disruptive to even whisper bc it is such a fine experience and handcrafted daily before each and every class.  You can hang, shop, chat in the retail/lounge space but once you enter the red room effective immediately. Always was a rule, but I am making everything detailed and specific so you understand:-) The doors open just 30 minutes before class and tons of meters available at night and lots of parking. So back to pre class rules...some people need the full 30 minutes to decompress on their mat in the dark and just lay. Others prefer to shop, look around but it is a special space where talking, whispering, negative energy gets in the way inside the studio. So put your mat down and come back out to lobby. No shoes allowed and bring a towel and water. It is truly individual group therapy. More to come with my rules but the rules are important and so is respecting the mats that you rent. Which leads me to the next thing and if you need to rent a mat, it is a $5 fee no exceptions and don’t say you don’t need to rent one and then take one... Nothing gets unnoticed and if you are going to take a mat without permission, we know and we will charge you and confront you because the number 1 thing I loathe is dishonesty, disrespect of what our culture is. So rent a mat but pay $5 because they go a certain way and get disinfected every time they are used. Please and thank you! 😄

A quick jist on the evolution of TGM the workout.... 

TGM IS a specific technique, body power flowand yes it is a real METHOD I INVENTED and INNOVATED.  It is a flow workout, NOT YOGA,  if anything TGM is more power ballet flow and has become all about narrowing out the muscles through deliberate pulsing, holding. The class is like 3 rounds... 20 min warm up, 20 min practice lots of repetition and ACTIVATING MUSCLES fingers to toes then putting it all together and ending with my spin on PILATE MAT WORK. BUILD UP TO RELEASE! So embrace your sexual being and let go. It is nothing you have ever done OR experienced so patience is required (again it is allowing yourself to experience something different and way fun) SAME OFF THE MAT. I became a minimalist and rebuilt my life from the ground up over these last 2 plus years. I created a repetition of body resistance, leveraging and extension so TGM IS 110  effective, efficient..... so please remember 10 classes before you judge and then if it is not for you cool. It is like a fine wine (got better with age) and also doing it wrong is sometimes the key to understanding my concept,You won’t get all of it right away... like any “fine experience” but once you do and see the results, it will blow your mind. One class isn’t enough to understand fundamentals of TGM. So I recommend 10 classes to understand the physical layers because yes it can be overwhelming, the music is loud and we get lost in the flow. PATIENCE IS REQUIRED BECAUSE THERE ARE NOW LOTS of isolated work focusing on ballet leg work, dance extension, isolated core work. I have observed and after much research over the past 10 years, I understand TGM as the creator and I have refined and innovated carefully, precisely and am ready to share with you.
