We have evolved. You will get there whenever you get there. Don’t forget to love yourself in the process of finding the greatest version of yourself. It’s so uncomfortable but so rewarding if you continue to show up and do it for yourself. You are in control and I can now help you get there. There is nothing more rewarding than doing the internal work, reflecting on yourself, becoming aware and then taking action. I could explain this like I would in a bunch of run on sentences because I was trying to help you understand it but since you have been showing up I decided to let my actions speak on the mat BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY OFF. So give yourself some grace and trust your intuition. Calmness is a skill that takes mastery and no one could teach it to me until I decided to do the work and stay consistent for myself. I’m so thankful it keeps bringing the right vibes and humans to me. If we practice this together, our emotional wellness elevates.
