What is TGM? 

TGM is truly a giant mood board of what soothes me. I hated to workout so it started back in 2007. TGM wasn't a plan it kind of happened unintentionally. I knew I wanted to create a workout that I would crave but see and feel results fast. I was insecure and the mirrors everywhere made me feel worse about myself than better.  I wanted lean muscle, a strong core, strong everything, and for my body to be tight. I couldn't get the endorphin high from anything but running. Oh and  bulking up  made me crazy.  I wanted to get strong, long and powerful for my body but my mind needed it more. NOTHING FITNESS EXCITED ME and I never could sweat. I wanted to be dripping in sweat not even hot yoga or Pilates caught my attention. You get my point. I started to develop what is now TGM. This TGM is not the same TGM you did at my first studio in 2010. Over the last 7 years I have been trying to understand it, researching anything and everything I did and it started to make sense. Well it finally does. I am summing it up by bullet points below so you can really understand it and why it is so like medicine for your mind, it is a mood stabilizer that helps with depression, seasonal affective disorder, panic attacks and daily stress. It will exhilarate and energize your soul, and physically (yes it get it is safe too and physically the benefits are endless. Instantly you de puff,  gets you narrow, tight, lean, long, strong and makes you feel like you can do anything. It is limitless and so are you and once you understand all the layers of the brand it becomes a healthy fix that you begin to crave and need more...I GET IT and IT IS WHAT I NEED DAILY... So here is what TGM is to me...
